Integrated Sessions
Full Ritual - Counseling (Shadow Work) + Energy Healing + Massage + Meditation and Energy Healing Training
The combination of all three healings follows the sequence of relaxation, investigation, and reintegration. The massage promotes tranquility before the client is guided through meditation exercise(s) to heighten their self healing capabilities. During the shadow work portion of the session, maladaptive thought patterns or behaviours, common themes, or emotionally significant memories are identified. An energy healing will performed to remove stagnant energy, and insert both healing and love vibrations.
Counseling (Shadow Work) + Energy Healing + Meditation and Energy Healing Training
The purpose of this session is to thoroughly investigate past or current traumas that are embedded into the client mind, subconscious mind, and/or etheric body. We collaborate to identify the sources of pervasive feelings within the client. An energy healing will performed to remove stagnant energy, and insert both healing and love vibrations. Additionally, meditation techniques such as third eye activation, Qigong, and exercises to develop subtle energy awareness will be taught. This session is offered in person and remotely.
Energy Healing + Massage + Meditation and Energy Healing Training
Coupled together the session will revitalize your physical and etheric body. The client will be primed with a massage, and taken through a meditation exercise(s) to promote relaxation. After a brief counseling session with the client, key areas of concern will be identify physical and/or mentally. The energy healing is then performed. Occasionally, the massage and energy healing will be conducted concurrently.
