2. Digital Products (21-Day Challenge)

All sales of digital products, including the Self-Healing 21-Day Challenge, are final and non-refundable.

Once access has been granted or the product has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please ensure that you review the product details carefully before making your purchase.

3. Healing Services & Sessions

Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 7 days notice
Requests made with less than 7 days notice may not be accommodated

 

Refunds:
Payments for sessions are non-refundable once the session has been completed
If you are unable to attend your session and proper notice is given, you may reschedule

 

4. Missed Appointments

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice may result in the session being forfeited without refund.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Refunds or credits may be considered at our discretion in exceptional cases.
